Unable to Extract Features from CAD Model

Having an issue extracting features from CAD model. 

CAD model loads correctly. I can extract features from the model, define points on the model, everything is normal.

Then when I save the program, I am no longer to do any of that.

Can still create characteristics, and create features using probe, but no longer able to extract directly from CAD model.

Any thoughts?

Interesting. Does Calypso give you an error message or does it just not do anything when clicking the model after saving?

No error message. Calypso is just unresponsive. All other functions work properly.

Are you logged in as the Master? If not, you might be missing the necessary permissions. Or are you using versioning?

It's likely that you're not logged in as the Master user and therefore do not have the necessary privileges. Here's a couple articles on the topic of user privileges.

I am logged in as master user. All functions are accessible, until the first time I save the inspection program.

After saving, extraction from CAD model stops working. This includes defining points on the model.

All other tools function normally.
