Can I create a drop-down list that I can use to filter by Part. I don't want users to use filters

You could use a dashboard page and define the data binding there in advance. Then your employees would only need to click on the respective part to navigate to the report for that specific part.

Alternatively, with the latest version, you can create a dropdown menu using a text input field with a user-defined list. Then you can change the data binding of the page with a custom variable, part filters, and the hyperlink action "change page data binding."
