Pallet Program Base Alignment can not be computed

I have created a pallet program and it was running for months. Now I can't run more than the first position because every other position the CMM will run the base alignment and then red light saying "Base Alignment can not be computed." I have tried redoing a manual alignment on the part and the fixture. Requalifying every probe and manually alignment again. The spacing is correct and I'm just at a loss of why this issue suddenly started and won't go away. I tried adding a start alignment tying parts of the base alignment to try and create a basic way to find the part before running. All have come up short. I'm running Calypso 2021 and have the latest service packs.

Can you share an image of the base alignment that is in the pallet icon in ARN? Also, it might be helpful to share an image of your base alignments. 

Do you have a separate fixture alignment program? Or just a part program you are arraying?
