[Mi...]
Hello, I am new to the ZEISS Quality Forum, so I hope someone can help me with this issue.  I have a Curve Form characteristic using Segment Tolerances. In old CALYPSO versions the Curve Form report displayed: - Nominal curve - Upper tolerance curve - Lower tolerance curve - Deviation curve. After upgrading to CALYPSO 7.8.00 the report only shows the colored point representation (In Tolerance / Out of Tolerance). The legend still contains “Nominal Value” and “Tolerances”, but the actual tolerance curves are not plotted. Has this functionality been removed, is there a setting to enable the old plot style, or could this be a bug? Attached are screenshots from both versions. Thanks, Michael   Old version:  Version 7.8.00:
[Ma...]
I can not replicate your situation - i'm still getting tolerance lines shown. In form characteristic don't forget to check "Tolerances from feature" and perhaps in PiWeb graph click right mouse button and select "Join segments" that can do the trick. In my example i had tolerance in range and not for every point - so that can be the cause
[Mi...]
Hi Martin Many thanks. It worked to select the connect segments 🙂
[Mi...]
The plot now displays correctly on screen when 'Connect segments' is enabled. However, when generating a PDF report the tolerance curves disappear again. Does anyone know how to make the 'Connect segments' setting persistent in the report output? [Ma...]
Perhaps it can be set as default in PiWeb protocol editor
[Ma...]
I found it in PiWeb editor. Select "Plot" page Select on Structure page a "Curve.FD", unpack it and select line profile At properties unpack "Connecting lines" and there it is to be checked "Connect segments"
