Automatic piweb report

Hello together,

i have a question about PiWeb Templates or better to say a automatic report.

 

At our location do we have over 1000 different programs in the serial production and occuring many problems how to understand our reports does it give by any chance an automatical report that is adapting for any program ?. 

i mean by that if you have a scan that it is open up the curve from itself and shows the single measurement points as an example..., also shows on the CAD- model the position as a XY Plot and the diameter?....

 

 

Currently we need to create a PiWeb report for every part or can copy it from the symmetry part etc. 

Even when we check the create a "master " report, i need to adapt every page and datas to it. 

 

Do you know if there are formels or commands to adapt it itselfs to the part?.

Hi,

You can use the InteractiveStandardProtocol. This is a generic report with the CAD model of the relevant inspection plan already loaded.

If required, use the functions in the report header to:

- filter features that are outside tolerance,

- display form plots,

- view additional metadata in Info Mode, such as the feature position on the CAD model.
