Unhandled exception: collection sizes do not match

Hi all, I'm getting this System Error message and am not really sure what it means.

This is the first time it's popped up, although I double checked the opposite hand program which uses the same model and got the same error when I tried to generate the report from the previous run. 

The only thing that's changed since the last time we ran these programs is that we were using Calypso2023 and are now on 2025.

Doesn't seem to happen with any other program.

which CALYPSO Version exactly are you running?

 

I found a BUG with this exact Error description, but it should have been solved with CALYPSO >=8.0.1202.

It was caused by an Point List export from a Cone. Atleast your Error mentions the "piWebPointListResult" so it could be the exact same issue.

I'm on 8.0.12.

Would updating to 8.0.1202 fix this? I just find it odd how it's only happening on these specific programs.

Hi Carlos,

it should fix your problem, the error should only appear within inspections that have the following activated:

 

 

On the Zeiss Portal ( ZEISS Portal ) you can only get the latest ServicePack 8.0.16! But its also fixed in that version.

I have a question for similar thing.

In older Calypso i used to plot a curve in 3D and i could make pins with deviations.
Now on newer Calypso i can not make pins directly from top view - once i can see deviations on sides- those can be pinned, but i could not trigger ones in view vector.
Once i changed plot into coloured i can pin any point.
