Excel Reporting to custom template

Hello, 

I am trying to create my own excel template for measurement reports, and I am having a few problems.

I copied the company measurement report template into the calypso template (characteristic.xlsm)

Calypso will export data to my template, but only in columns A-H. Columns to the right of column H will not have any data reported even if they have a header. 

Is there a way to widen the range area that calypso will search for a header in?

In the past, I've taken to excel output as presented by Calypso, and added an additional sheet with our company formatted report.  Use basic excel function to copy numbers from the Calypso sheet to the company sheet.  Save the excel file as the part number, and delete the actuals on the Calypso sheet.  Then reference this excel workbook with the program.  Calypso will fill in the data on the first sheet, and excel function will populate the data into the company formatted report.
