Calypso errors 450 / 550

Has anyone experienced this issue in Calypso that appears on the screen? Could someone please help me?

Have you tried a complete system restart?

Shut down Calypso software

Shut down the CMM (Power off)

Restart your PC

Restart the CMM

Run Calypso and see if the error returns.

Offhand this looks like a controller harddrive failing to me, you'll likely need service to replace it if a restart doesn't resolve it, and even then it may still be good to get it looked at in case it is in process of failing completely

Yes i make all these steps when i run calypso i works good but after 15min this appear again

We already replaced the hard drive about a month ago. It worked fine until now, but the same issue has come back.

The Opp asked about the "Controller hard drive", not he PC hard drive. Did you change the PC hard drive or the controller hard drive?

This appears to be the controller hard drive we already change it, maybe these errors coming from this "controller hard drive"
