Impossibility of manual alignment

ood morning, colleagues,

I’m encountering something I’ve never seen before: when I click on "manual alignment," a notification appears stating that the machine is about to switch to CNC mode, and it won’t let me perform a manual alignment. If I accept the switch to CNC mode, the machine moves to a completely different location.

Can anyone help me with this?

I have not seen this before and am spit balling here.  Is it possible that you have only defined a start or a basic alignment and have selected the manual alignment of the other type? I have not done that mistake yet and don't know what it would do.

I only encounter this message during manual alignment when the required probe is not currently loaded and the CMM attempts to perform a probe change.

Try looking at the basic alignment, nothing else comes to mind

Correct, I had accidentally deleted the base system...
