Unhandled Exception: Message not understood: #isInAKindOfTensorMode

Hello,

I received the title error after our machine crashed trying to pick up the master probe from the rack so that I could requalify it.

Instead of the machine unequipping the current stylus, it went straight to pick up the Master Probe. After moving the arm away and trying to manual pick up the master probe, I received the below Error. I cannot open any measurement plan and can't get the machine to respond to anything.

Please help. 

Software: Calypso 2025

Machine: Contura G2.

Hello Amairani, 

have you restarted the controller yet?

It seems that the sensor is in a "state" that wont allow to reconnect CALYPSO. A controller restart could help.

Worst case could be a damaged sensor.
