[Bl...] Posted yesterday at 12:21 PM Share Posted yesterday at 12:21 PM Hello all, There is a basic dimension that is required for the next step in the process on our reports (perpendicularity callout), with a 0.005" tolerance. The problem is that every dimension on the report is usually in except the perpendicularity callout. It shows that there is one dimension out when in reality it is ok. I've asked about increasing the tolerance for it, but that was shot down. Is there any way that I can keep the tolerancing, but still show that it passed on the report? (have no red out of tolerance "number values:red") Link to comment https://qualityforum.zeiss.com/topic/27756-reporting-question/ Share on other sites
[Ma...] Posted yesterday at 02:33 PM Share Posted yesterday at 02:33 PM Do you have filters and outliers? Link to comment https://qualityforum.zeiss.com/topic/27756-reporting-question/#findComment-157492 Share on other sites
[Bl...]
Not on the features themselves. Just to make sure I'm not confused about the question, you're speaking about the features and not the report correct? [Ma...]
On features. Features used in datums are evaluated as tangential element - so it's sensitive on outliers. [Bl...]
In that case, no I don't have any filters/outliers? Link to comment https://qualityforum.zeiss.com/topic/27756-reporting-question/#findComment-157536 Share on other sites
[Ma...]
Then i would advise to apply at least outliers on feature's used for perpendicularity ( datums and feature itself ) Link to comment https://qualityforum.zeiss.com/topic/27756-reporting-question/#findComment-157538 Share on other sites
