Delete Transform Measurement Series

Hi, I think this is very basic but I can't seem to work it out on my own. I've transformed to halves of a scan into one but I now need to measure the two halves separately and cannot seem to workout how to delete the transformation without deleting one half of the scan is there any way to get around this? I'm on Zeiss Inspect 2025.

Basically, you switch the measurement series from "dependent" to "independent".
