PH10T Plus NZDI

I still have a few Sheffield CMM's running Calypso 2022, with a PH10T and TP200. Renishaw has a newer revision to the PH10T, now called PH10T Plus, which requires different controller box/s. I am trying to get the newer head to work. I do have the newer PHC10-3 Plus, with a PI 200-3 add in card, to go with the newer head. With the help of the company that services these machines, for calibartion and repair, I was able to get the correct dip switch settings. 

The problem is the machine will not home. It sees the CMM, and will give me the box to turn on drives and put in auto, if they aren't already. The problem is you hit ok for the box that tells you the head will go to A0 B0, and it does nothing. The machine just sits there, and eventually the screen will say homing, but still nothing moves. Zeiss doesn't support the NZDI interface anymore, so I am kind of on my own. I was hoping maybe someone here would have knowledge on the subject.

I was finally able to get it working. The owner of the company that services the machine used to work for sheffield. He got me the right switch settings, after sending pictures of my old boxes and the new one. Problem was while in the middle of my attempts to get things to work, I did a driver update of the NZDI driver. That was a bad idea. 2022 isn't supposed to work on Win 11, and you have to do things just right, with regards to service pack and such to make it work. So had to uninstall everything Calypso and SQL, use an older revision of CCleaner to get rid of all lingering registry entries, as the latest version failed to do so. Reinstalled everything, and was able to get the software working again. Now just getting all of my stylus systems setup, and qualified again. So far, it's working. Tomorrow, I will work on some base alignments, if the qualifcation is successful.
