Invalid exposure time - cannot create template

I have this error message, the job is done i do not have to scan anything now, my project is updated so i need;

Save my project but do not know how - i think i have to scan parts again and fix each measuring series manually. 

Is it correct ? Because i do not have parts with me i would like to just save and fix it by another job.
