Copying a Point as an Actual Element

I'm using the GOM Correlate Pro software. In the project I'm working on I've created a plane on the bottom of my Mesh CAD model and created a point on that plane as well. I'm trying to tack the point to another component in the project and it won't allow due to "Error MCADTrafo-0038- It is not possible to tack elements that depend on other tacked elements". Is there a way around this? Also when I try to make the the individual point an actual element I recieve this error in the image provided.

I'm moving this topic to the correct subforum. My guess would be that you have to make the point independent from the plane, which is already tacked to something else.

Nanno is right.
You can achieve this by changing the point to nominal element and back to actual.
