Issues creating project in GOM Inspect 2022

I am trying to start a new project in GOM Inspect 2022, but every time I click on the new project icon I am redirected to the Zeiss quality suite interface and cannot actually open anything. Any advice on how to solve this issue?

this sounds like you are starting the software with the viewer licence. Could you please check the active licence under help -> licence information?

Could you please check under All Applications -> new configuration -> (detect licenses) which licences are shown?

There should be the Professional license, if the trial is still active. After the 14 day trial period the licence should revert to the free inspect licence.

In some cases a manual update to codemeter 7.60b helped. If this still does not work please contact the support so we can have a look at the license container, which might be damaged.
