VS Code doesn't stop on breakpoints

Dear All,

VS Code is failing on me when I add breakpoints and want to debug my script. I tried to find info on the topic, but the stuff that i found is not that useful as i can't add the suggested entries to launch.json for the GOM debugger. For a regular Python script it's working as it should. The only difference between standard Python and GOM's launch.json is the config entry "justMyCode" which cannot be added to the GOM launch settings (at least that's what VS Code tells me).

Can anybody help me? VS Code is 1.81.0 and I'm running GOM Software 2022 Hotfix 5.

Hi, sorry for the late answer - vacation time. Can this be a misunderstanding ? VSCode plus the ZEISS Inspection application are working together more like  in embedded system development. So the script needs to be started remotely on the application. We have started documenting this on Using Visual Studio Code as an add-on editor — Add-On Documentation documentation (zeissiqs.github.io).
