Scale Bar Discrepancy Calculations

Good Afternoon Team,
     I am wondering what makes the scale bar discrepancy out of specs in the software. I see that my actual numbers jump around but I am wondering what goes into this calculation. I want to know if there is a way to add a warning limit so I can replace my scale bars in an orderly fashion before the scale bars are no longer usable for photogrammetry. Is there documentation on this? I cannot find it in the library pages.

Hello Josue,

if high scale bar issues appear, there are several influences which can lead to this issues. Just replacing the scale bars is not recommended or wont fit the issue. What effects the scale deviation: Everything... temperature, contrast, angle, dust/dirt on points, vibrations, hardware...

If the deviation is within limit there is no need to exchange anything.
