[De...] Posted October 11, 2023 Share Posted October 11, 2023 ScanCobot has detected a collision and is now stuck in the emergency stopped position. I've tried Full reset with no change. But please contact the support(support.optical.metrology@zeiss.com.)to get more information about the correct workflow with this kind of problem.
