[Br...]
We have a few old measurement routines for our scanbox where the VMR fixture isn't exactly lined up with the scan. We just upgraded our software to 2022 from 2018 and when trying to fix the VMR location manually (by editing the measurement setup). In the past, when manually lining up the fixture to the scan, it would give you an option to move the robot paths or leave them alone. When I move the fixture in the new software, that option isn't presented to me and it seems like it automatically changes the photogrammetry, the calibration, and measurement paths. Is there a way in the new software to keep the paths the same when updating VMR and part location? Thanks for the input in advance.
[Ja...]
Hi, you can configure the behavior in the "Edit Creation Parameters" dialog on a nominal measurement series: "Positions in CAD coordinates" means that your measurement positions are "glued" to the CAD, therefore when the CAD is moved, they move with it. "Positions in robot axis coordinates" means the opposite (the axis values of the robot are kept when the CAD is moved). Hope that helps!
