Profile a surface built from non-basic geometric elements in different profile zones

I have a surface that cannot be built from basic geometric elements, with 3 different profile zones. The 2018 software either creates a surface for the full path even if I cut the selection, or I do it with the fitting polynomial command and the surface created does not fit perfectly to the model surface.
What is the solution?

Hello Jens,

Unfortunately I cannot publish photos of the product. The customer expressly forbids the sharing of any data, as these are aircraft parts for military use.
As soon as I have time I will make a hand sketch that resembles the product to explain my problem.
