[Pi...] Posted December 11, 2023 Share Posted December 11, 2023 Hi, I'm running GOM INSPECT SUITE 2020 Patch 6 on my laptop and I'm starting to have some trouble with it. The software crashes as always, but when I start doing anything (even clicking on "settings") the software immediately turns off and I get the message "Software failure, collect data..." When I want to do this while creating a report, the software also turns off and cannot finish collecting data for support. Nothing happened before, it happened for several days. The software was reinstalled several times and it did not help. If anyone has encountered such a situation, please help. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

[Ch...] Posted December 12, 2023 Share Posted December 12, 2023 If you can trace the issue to the windows update: have a look at ZEISS Quality Tech Guide - GOM Software 2020 has not been tested on Windows 11 and is thus not supported.
