How do I save the input of a custom dialog

Hello, I want to customize a dialog box, and include the save function, so as to reuse, as shown below, after I click the 'save' button, the input data can override the default value. Or some other simpler way to do it. Thank you for your help!

Hello,

this can be done with the Settings API. Using this the last entry in a dialog is saved and used in the same dialog is opened again.
