Metrotom 6 Scout lost configuration

We recently cycled power on our GOM Metrotom 6 Scout. When turning it back on, the machine has no interior lights, and no lights on the main panel (Reset, Open Door, Close Door, or Power Indicator). The software cannot connect to the machine, as it says it has no configuration. How can simply turning off the CT cause a complete loss of configuration? We recently upgraded to Zeiss Inspect X-ray 2023 if that is helpful.
