Trial / Free Version Inspect Optical 3D - License Request

Hello,

I downloaded the latest version of Zeiss Quality Suite and then Zeiss Inspect Optical 3D.

I've follow the instructions to request a free-version by clicking here:

But then, I only have the page https://id.zeiss.com/ that opens, without the option of requesting for a license.

So I don't have any license in my license manager and cannot run the software (the "New Project" option is not available (Registration needed)).

I also try the same with last year version (GOM-Inspect 2022), with the same results.

How can I solve this Problem?

Me the same. I cannot see the basic version anymore.

To give more infos, my Trial/Free button is here not blue but it is when I open the app by clicking on it, so I'm logged.
