Could not start new project on free GOM Correlate (For 2D), it is keep redirecting to registration page. Even after registering, unable to open new project, does any license needed for free version also?

Which Version as of ZEISS Quality Suite are you using? Might be necessary to update to the current V5.2.1990.
After a Trial the Free licence will be available - see License overview in ZEISS Quality Tech Guide.
