[In...]
Just started getting to know the T-SCAN hawk 2 & ZEISS INSPECT. I realise that the button (main trigger button to start the scan) on the T-SCAN hawk 2 is in place so that there is no need to operate the software separately on a laptop. However, in reverse, I was wondering if there is an option / method to operate the start of the scan on the software without the use of the button? Ultimately eliminating the physical function of the button. By modifying / adding on to the Python script?
[Na...]
Hello, you could try to record the scanning command in a script, but the T-Scan is handheld so I don't see a reason for this to be honest. Nanno
[In...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Hi, Thank you for the reply. I was exploring and hoping to automate the control of the T-SCAN so that some kind of robotic device could do the job by itself. How would one record the scanning command in a script? (My apologies, I am very new to this device & software). Thank you.
