Exaggerated representation for deviation analysis

Hello I ve been using INSPECT Correlate and wondering how to use the exaggerated representation for a deviation check on an actual part. I have the below surface scan and trying to compare it to the nominal plane generated from the cad. But the exaggerated representation is completely grayed out so i am not really sure if it is something to do with the method i am using or it is a license issue. Not much information can be found on the product manual/help page either.

I have the free version of Inspect but it says deformation exaggeration is possible even with the free version.
