Camera auto shut-off

Dear Sir.

We using GOM Atos 12M and have problem.

A messenger occurred with content:

"Error MPROJ-0037: During image acquisition a problem occurred. Could not capture all measurement images".

And then camera disconnection. We can't scan continous.

Please help us.

Hello,

please check the cable connections and if there is some software like a virus scanner is interfering with the connection. If the problem persists, please contact the support with hardware problems.
