deformation model not aligning with the mesh and CAD

I just created a deformation model for a part but once I create multiple stages, the deformation model won't align with the part and CAD.

regarding deformation model I assume you want to do VC? Then you are in the wrong forum. 😉 Maybe try it in the General Discussion or (even better) contact your local ZEISS partner/ support.
In "Defo- And Motionanalysis" we investigate dynamics. So if you want to compare your stepwise deforming model with your (Correlate/ ARAMIS) measurement please use the FEA-Import App. Hope this helps.
