[Fr...] Posted August 26, 2021 Share Posted August 26, 2021 Hello everyone, I'm trying to measure a piece that, infortunately, doesn't fit well with the 50x50 frame I'm actually using. I also have a 90x90 frame, and I've already loaded the ref_frame file. The problem is that when I select that frame (the bigger one) before starting a scan, the measure volume is always referred to the small one, so cameras are not able to recognize all the markers on the frame. Is it possible to create a new measure volume? Or did I forget something? FYI, I'm using an Atos Core 80 system. Thank you! Francesco Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
[Na...] Posted August 27, 2021 Share Posted August 27, 2021 Hello, the measuring volume depends on the hardware. With your ATOS Core the measuring volume is fixed to 80 mm. With the 80 mm MV there should be no problem with a 90x90 frame though. Are no reference points detected at all or only a few? Could you post a picture of the camera view please?
