[ca...]
Hello all, We'll use ZEISS Quality Suite/ Blade Inspect on a server which has an operating system of Windows Server 2019 and have a GPU to perform rendering. Although Nvidia Tesla T4 has OpenGL support, when we try to activate the hardware rendering, we encountered an error message says that "It is not possible to activate the OpenGL hardware rendering . Please update your driver". Our driver version is up-to-date. Is this problem related with some compatibility issue due to our GPU model or can we solve it with updating OpenGL API version? Many Thanks, Canset Edited March
[Ax...]
Does your CPU also have a GPU? Then deactivate this GPU in the BIOS. Sometimes my DELL laptop (received from GOM) also forgets this setting in the BIOS and the software does not recognise the correct graphics card. [ca...]
Hello Axel, Thanks for your comment. I tried the solution that you suggested but the error persists. I guess I need to find a way to update OpenGL api. Thanks, Canset
