How to get out of simulation mode ?

Currently using Scanbox Kiosk program to qualify parts, after updating the software I began to experience problems. The program virtually runs (as in the movement are all shown on the monitor), but the actual robot never moves. I assume it is stuck in simulation mode. How do I get out of it and back to the regular function mode?

Hello,

when the sensor is initialized it should measure and move the robot in the real world. Is it maybe not connected correctly?
