CATPArt - Import Error

I am trying to import a CATPArt-file; the use of this file is mandatory due to included Reference Elements Data

Instead of importing, it always results in the following Error:

A newly uploaded file from the customer produces the same result...

I use Version 2019 Hotfix 8; Rev. 131186; Build 2020-09-10 

The source CAD Version is CATIA V5 R28 SP6

Hi,

could you check the direct help for an article called "CAD Import" or similar? There should be a table with supported formats. The importer gets updated with every major version. The import should work from Version 2022+

Otherwise a "neutral" format like STEP can be used.
