Gom Inspect software Update check failed

Since several weeks ago my Gom inspect 2019 software update failed.This the version of the software I mostly use.

When I log in to my PC session the update is launched automatically but each time I got a message box(see picture attached) telling me that the connection with the server has been abnormally interrupt!!

I got the same message for older and newer version(2016/2017/2018 an 2020) I have on my computer.

do you get the content of the following address when you open it in your browser?

What OS are you running the software on and are there any recent updates installed?

Do you have a virus scanner and if so have you tried to disable it?

Hello Dennis,

The OS is Windows 7.

I have a virus scanner but I had it too last year and the Gom Update worked correctly. I'll will ask anyway to my Computer administrator for disabling the virus scan.

When I open the address you gave me I got what you can see in the file attached.
