Project template don't save mesh edits/filters

Hi,

I did an inspection and saved a project template. I scanned a new part and imported an STL file to my project template, recalculated everything and it's ok.
 

But in the first part I had to apply some filters to remove noise from my mesh and applied some smooth mesh filters too, but these filters are not shown in explorer, and I can see that in this second part the filter to remove noise (Select by mesh...) was not applied. 

I need to apply all filters manually to every part?

You will need to do this manually or via script .  Additional mesh operations like this are sadly not parametric.
