Space and Touch Points not populating in Actuals file

I am using a Zeiss on calypso 5.6 (quite old, I know, but need to work with what I’ve got) and need the actuals file to convert for other use. The circle diameter scans, 2d line segments, touch points from feature extraction all are populated in the geoactual and actuals files, but individual space points and touch points do not. Previously this was done using walk-up inspection taking physical points but now we are shifting to using the CAD models and this problem has only appeared after the switch. All the features are used for characteristics and output on the printout without issue, the touch and spacepoints just do not appear in the actuals. My first choice is not to use physical touch points as there are small grooves with specific segments I need to scan and so I need to figure this out so I can continue with creating measurement plans with a CAD model. I am pretty new to all of this, so any thing helps!
