[Ma...] Posted July 22, 2024 Share Posted July 22, 2024 (edited) Hi, I have an ARAMIS adjustable system with 2 cameras and I have encounter this error: "only 1 camera was found. You intend to operate a 2D sensor." I have check all the cables, plug and unplug all the cables, restarted the sensor and PC and nothing seems to work. This problem appeared all of a sudden. Has anyone encountered this and have any recommendations? Many thanks. [Ma...] Posted January 28, 2025 Author Share Posted January 28, 2025 Hello Mohamed, I contacted local support and they told me that they do not have engineers in the UK with the knowledge to deal with this. Then, I was asked to send the system to Germany, just to come back 5 months later with the same issue. Any advice that I can try myself as your technical team did not even check the cameras?
