[Io...] Posted July 26, 2024 Share Posted July 26, 2024 Hi! I have the Tscan Hawk with licence 2021 which it`s instaled on the laptop. I tried to install the Tscan Hawk software on a workstation but I could not succeed. Can you help me with the correct way to install the device on another computer? I have a workstation for Atos 2 were I have the gom software 2022 with license and I would like to know if TScan Hawk can also be installed on this computer and if it works at once. PS: I want to use the workstation with TScan Hawk as a back up in case the laptop will not work. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
[Ky...] Posted May 14 Share Posted May 14 Hi Zagor, you would need to install the 2021 software on the desk top and plug the T-hawk 1 sensor and hub with both the both dongles then you would need to update drivers and check the sensor and driver.
