[Ay...] Posted August 9 Share Posted August 9 (edited) Dear Forum, I am currently connecting for the first time a GOM Scan 1 with GOM ROT 350 to a workstation PC. I have been able to connect and calibrate the GOM Scan 1 and it works, but I am having major issues with the ROT 350. It is perhaps not surprising that it does not appear in the device manager (or should it be visible there?), but when I try to set it up in the corresponding settings in the software, I always get the error message that it is not connected. I have tried it with various ports, checked with a USB stick whether the ports work otherwise (yes, they do), switched the computer off and on again, checked all connections three times, tried USB 2, 3 and 3.1 ports, but it is simply does not initiate. Does any of you have an idea what the problem could be? EDIT: I can see a green light glowing inside the device though. Thx and have a fantastic weekend!
