[Ti...]
I have a 4 inch long part that is fully internally threaded. What is the best way to select the Major ID of the thread? I clipped planed the part right of center > selected my surfaces > then clipped planed the part left of center > selected the other half. Any other way? Thanks
[Na...]
Hi Tim, maybe select by geometry contour (cylinder)? https://techguide.zeiss.com/en/zeiss-inspect-2023/article/cmd_selection3d_select_by_geometry_contour.html
[Ti...]
The thread is interrupted so that doesn't grab it all....no worries, what I'm doing works I just haven't had this issue before. I thought perhaps making the CAD model transparent and then holding down the button for a few seconds may click an internal vs external feature or something. [Be...]
Hi, you can try to work with a Clipping Plane or Clipping Cube to visualize only "internal" features. Manual point selections should consider these clipping settings. Regards
