Problem with License on Ispect Optical 3D

Hi, i have a problem with the license for the Pro Version Trial for Inspect Optical, I requested the license, got the license key, activated on Activate License. If i go to my application the Zeiss Inspect is on Viewer and if i drag and drop a file on the application an error on the file type is presented.

When I start Inspect on the new project it says (regestration) and it directs me to a ZQS page for missing license.

I am a little lost can someone help.

Please try to activate by opening this URL and follow the steps, please replace the XXXXX with the license tickets you received (in your case starting with V4HMJ-, ZEFLS-, WL2UW-)
