system slowness

Hello,

I use the GomScan1 machine with a 200 lens. The dimensions of the parts I scan are approximately 0.5mmX1mmX3mm. When I start using the Polygonise Scan Data command, the system slows down a lot. When I use these other commands, the slowness of the system continues in the same way. I am sending you the system properties of the laptop I am using and the .tgz report of the file I have scanned. I kindly request your support on the subject.

The laptop we use has 32GB RAM.

Hello Elif,

it's just a guess but in the gomsic it looks like there are many manual (de)selections which may have an effect on the polygonization duration. You could try to use cut out points above plane instead for example:

Generally, the polygonization needs some calculation but you could start another software instance and start measuring while the other instance is polygonizing.
