Alignment of stages

Hi all,

I've been using the software for quite a while but today I had an issue with alignment. I've imported 2 meshes along with the CAD. Mesh 1 is playing ball and has aligned but Mesh 2 has rotated by 144° around the Z axis. I have tried rotational alignment but this changes both of the alignments for Mesh 1 and 2, causing Mesh 1 to rotate and become misaligned. Is there a way of isolating each Mesh to align individually or will I have to stick to using 1 Mesh at a time (making the job twice as long!).

have you tried to import the second mesh as a new part?
