Measurement Error Problem

I am using the GomScan1 200 lens device. When I scan, I get the error you see on the screen. What is the reason? What is the solution for this problem?

No. I use store curtains in my office. But I don't work as a single person in the office. Does movement affect ?

I guess those let light through? The message says that the lighting conditions change during the measurement. Movement is not an issue here. Can you test it in a dark room to check if the light that goes through causes this issue?

Hey. try to change your Kamera setttings.

Kamera > Qualität > Userdefined   . Set a spot and press the button.

You can set the Focus ,so the software optimizes the light for the spot you set.

Maybe someone changed /played with the settings of the Kamera.
