[Ti...] Posted November 6 Share Posted November 6 I thought I would post and give some love to this sub-forum. I'm currently fighting an image acquisition sensor error. It takes 10 attempts to initialize the sensor on the CT. I'm working with Zeiss on the solution now. [Ti...] Posted November 11 Author Share Posted November 11 (edited) I don't think it is due to losing power, we have lost power many times before and this didn't happen. Also, we have 2 CTs and the other one is fine. We are considering re-installing 2021 GOM tomorrow morning. We have the X-COM utility, but I'm not sure it is the latest version...do you think we should get the latest? It connects and fires up the CT just fine, so we know the CT is healthy. In the help dropdown, you can go to Automated Controller and the ip you mentioned is there and active...I can also ping it successfully from the cmd prompt. I've seen support remote into it, is there a utility to remote into this internal computer? I also remember there being a password I thought. [DW...] Posted November 11 Share Posted November 11 Yes get the latest from X-rayWorx. Go to their website, https://www.x-ray-worx.com/, scroll down to the contact us form. Put in your information, and ask for access to their FTP server so you can download all the manuals, latest version of x-com, etc. They will respond with a link and password.
