Create new label for localisation

Could someone help me please ?

I need to create a new Label for the measure of localization .

I want to display the basics dimensions measurements linked to the location in three levels:

• the Barycenter of the element 
• the point with the maximum deviation in positive direction
• the point with the maximum deviation in negative direction
