Simple Diameter Question

Good morning,
This question is very simple and a little embarrassing to ask but it is being a thorn in my side this morning.

A program that has not been run in some time has been pulled out of storage and it's been giving odd results. It's a pretty simple program, checking an ID and an OD. According to one of our machinists, pin gages say the ID should be on the low end of the tolerance band but I am seeing the ID come in on the high end.

All of the actuals look good as well, which is adding to my confusion. Is there anything obvious that I am missing from what folks can see in the screenshots attached?

Whats the form error? Check the roundness. Change the evaluation to LSQ to what that Ø is compared to MIE.
Make dure the filter setting is correct for that Ø. Looks like it should be 50 upr and Gauss. What Ø ruby are you using?

Form Error is 0.0038.

LSQ Dia is 0.98235mm compared to 0.97858 mm with MIE.

Ruby is 0.2 mm radius

This experience falls into the "trust but verify" bucket, as it turns out.

The person who initially checked with the pins accidentally did the metric to imperial conversion wrong, so he grabbed the wrong size pins.

That's half a day I won't get back.
