Measurement plan could not be loaded

Hey everyone,

I am having this issue and I have no solution. Maybe someone can help me figure this out.

We have two CMMs, an Accura and a Prismo, that have their program folder on the C drive, but those folders are shared on the network.

I am able to access those folders from my laptop and work on them offline and save them and not have any issues with the Accura CMM.
The Prismo one is giving me issues though. I cant open up programs at all because I get a message. I tried copying the program to my laptop and then working on it and putting it back on the folder through the network and through USB. Calypso on the Prismo CMM gives me this message "measurement plan could not be loaded"

One thing i noticed is that the Prismo CMM has the wrong time by 10 minutes. Not sure if this is the reason why. It also says something about not having permissions for the "temp/geoactuals" folder. but i couldn't find anything about it when I looked at the folder. Even removing the folders didn't do anything. I tried removing all files except for "inspection" file and it still wouldn't work.
It looks like the inspection file is causing the issue.

Could you try putting the program to the local drive instead of sharing it on the network to isolate if the program or the path directory is the issue on the Prismo?
