[ni...]
Hello, I don't anderstand why this new program refuse to make the referentiel in automatique :impossible bypass, security cube OSP -X . when I make a new one with just the referentiel it's OK. when on a copy of the bugy program I erase every thing but the referentiel still don't work. I erase the element of the referentiel and creat new one still don't work. I've check cube of security, initialise the referentiel in calypso, erase the referenciel in windows, check the distance of approche of security and the group of security. this is a program with about 140 caractéristiques and 20 referentiels, so I prefer to fix this one instead of create a new one 🙂 (the CAO is very heavy for the PC, and the part is big for the CMM) thanksverification trajectoires.JPG

[Ma...]
If is probe shorter then probe head ( width aka -X +X ) then it will not go sec. cube with probe, but with head. In this case it could be done by having sec. cube like -X = 0 - depending on probe conf. But it's not safe - only workaround.

Not related to your problem, but I noticed the very short 5-point line that you are using for Planar in the Base Alignment is (I think) too short. I'd try using two opposing bores on the flange face. Unless of course it's a datum on the drawing.
[Gu...]
Bon week-end Guillaume
[Cl...]
What if you were to rotate the part 90°?
[ni...]
Hello everybody, @Martin, the probe are longueur than the head. @Clarke, I agree with you, this the first base alignment was plan/plan/circle, but with a stylus change for the top plan, I make it several dozen of time so I simplified it to make it fast @Guillaume, I move the part several time on the right to be sure that i don't be at the limit, the exterior security cube seems to be well prametred, it's the same on the other 3D and : ----when on a copy of that buggy program I earase everything (elements + caracteristiques) just keep the CAO create a new base alignment it doesn't work, when I start a new programm charge the CAO create the same base alignment it work fine !!! what's the difference beetween the two ? @Clarke : I'will try a rotation ... [ni...]
seems i've a solution , when I uncheck "verification of the exterieur cube of security" the mmt do the base alignment ... I cross my fingers for the next hundred of elements ...
[ni...]
seems that for the other programm there is no verification at all. I don't understand why on this buggy program all the verification are checked !!!
[Ni...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Your Axis for the line is wrong. You have it as Y- But i am assuming the line "Droite 2d5" is on top of the part. on Z+ right? I see a line with 5 points on that face on Z+ So that axis for the "Secondaire (plan)" should be Z+ You are assigning it to your Y- which is flipping your alignment which gives you that error that it cannot probe from X- because your alignment is flipped. Give it a try.
[ni...]
Hello Nixon, thanks for your replie, I've solved the problem with unchecked the three verification (end of course, exterior security cube and rack) like in all of the programm I use. the axe of the line is well Y-, only if I do a plane on top I will put the axe on Z+. If I put the axe of the line on Z+ it's rotation the base alignment and put the Z+ axe of the part on the Y- machine axe, that is not the best I think. When using a line, the axis isn't Z+, It becomes Y. How the line was made also affects the axis, Front to Back(Y+) or Back to Front(Y-). And I also turned on those 3 verification settings on my side and i got the same errors as you. Turning them off was the solution. Good job on figuring it out. I learned something new today. Thank You.
